Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Zeyra, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner. Our logistics are powered by reputed shipping partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post Speed Post, and DHL, depending on your location and service availability.

Order Processing Time

We normally dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of receiving them. In the case of personalized or made-to-order jewelry, the processing time may extend to 15 to 20 days, depending on the item and quantity.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹2,000.

  • Orders below ₹2,000 will attract a nominal shipping charge, displayed at checkout.

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday (business days).

  • Express shipping requests will incur additional charges and are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Delivery timelines vary between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

  • While we make every effort to ship during holidays, deliveries on public holidays cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using leading logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, DTDC, ICL, and others depending on the destination.

  • Shipping charges for international orders are additional and vary by country, weight, and service selected. These will be communicated at checkout or via email.

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be billed separately by the courier partner at the time of delivery, as per the destination country’s regulations.

  • Delivery timelines for international orders range from 5 to 12 working days.

Mandatory Shipping Information

To ensure smooth delivery, customers are requested to provide the following at checkout:

  • Full name

  • Complete address with pin/zip code

  • City, State, and Country

  • Landmarks (if any)

  • Primary and alternate contact numbers

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may lead to delivery delays. Zeyra shall not be held liable for such delays or failed deliveries.

Responsibility and Liability

Zeyra (a brand of Jos Jewel Concepts) will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your purchase on time. However, we are not liable for delays due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Strikes or transportation issues

  • Mistakes or delays by the shipping provider

  • Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer

  • Non-availability of the customer at the delivery address

In case of office delivery addresses, please note that packages may be handed over at security/reception desks.
